Comments:
1 mile warmup with 5x800(2:43, 2:44, 2:40, 2:42, 2:41) and then 2x200(34.6, 32.8). About a half mile cooldown too. It was just hot, and I was a little tired. 200s I felt really smooth doing them solo.
