Workout Day

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 90 degrees and HUMID...UGHHH!

Comments:
Ran around 6:15pm from mhc...warmed up for 2 miles around the pond area. Then attempted to do a 6 X 1 mile workout at 7:45-7:55 around the pond (the pond is exactly one mile and the 400s are all marked to help with pacing). Only got to 4 repeats :(... was VERY disappointed in myself but I think it was just too hot or something. (7:42, 7:44, 7:45, 7:51)...decided next week I would attempt the same workout again. The cool down was THE SLOWEST cool down ever...I had to be going 10 mins per mile or maybe even slower. But ran a 2 mile loop and called it a day. Dranks lots when I finished. Eevn though I am still very disappointed in myself, it was definitely better than to not run faster than normal at all and I am confident next week will go better...
