Weather: sunny, but cool and pleasant

Comments:
Had a nice run with mostly girls. South along the backbone trail and then took a serpentine mountain bike trail until we reached 15 minutes, then doubled back. In the last 10 minutes, I doubled back for a bit and jogged it in with Caveman who wan't feeling her best after the special combination of an exhausting workout, a day at Water Country and a lunch featuring an enormous ice cream sundae. I was fine keeping the run calmer as I finally did a Thursday morning workout and I'm also nursing a throbbing bruise on the ball of my right foot.
