Comments:
Forgot I was doing this workout until I got outside, so I had on the old New Balances and bad clothes. Didn't take the time to warm up and I can't say I put much into the workout, but I did go through the motions and it was certainly work. The distance and mileage is guesswork as I'm to lazy to look it up. We ran the hill on Stage road twice with a food few hundred meters at the top included. Then we ran the rowboat landing hill three times hard. I also did about 800m around the fields with Caveman Treanor at 6:30ish pace, but bailed on her second loop.
