Took it easy. Realized I need to tone back the pace if I wanna do this high mileage shit, probably why I wasn't recovering so well before. 4x100m and some lifting with Lantzer after. Ow!
O yah, ice bathed today and yesterday too. Need to keep on that, definitly helps recovery.
