Comments:
Felt pretty sluggish and dehydrated today. Went out with a large group of people, but all but me and Noah turned back on Nebraska. We continued on Mass to Wisconsin, turning left on River to 42nd. I guess it makes sense that Makemie is hitting me harder now than it did Saturday--I still haven't recovered, and I've also run since then. It's definitely nice to be running with a team, because if I was on a run like this over the summer, I would have just though that I felt bad and was crawling. So I would have made an effort to speed it up and thereby end up going too fast for an easy steady. It's always a better bet to run with others.
