Comments:
Ran 2, did the hills, then a 2.5 mile cool down. This was after a long day of link crew and I was not in a good mood at all and just tried to get it over with. The entire run was on pavement so that didn't feel too good. I've got the same schedule again tomorrow. I need to work on cresting hills but I had no one to guide me so I just ran up them. Hills mess up my breathing and my legs so I wasn't into it at all.
