riverside hill loop. hit goal pace on the second. fairly strong wind blowing in. ran very easy and relaxed on way out through the wind, picked up pace a bit on way back. ran through the construction zone in riverfront park. back from sharp in 2:20, in from mission in 1:20. 155 lbs.
