Exercise Type: Elliptical
Weather: I hear its humid ;)
Comments:
Today was very nice. I started with bridges, side bridges, bird dogs, and this weird breathing thing called "normal breathing." Then I did 3 sets of push up progressions and 1 set of crunch progressions of my preferred crunches. Then I got on the elliptical and was planning to do two sets of 10 mins, but I was just having too much fun. When you close your eyes and swing an arm it feels like you're running. I was going to do 35 but as soon as I hit 30 I felt a twinge in my back which I totally think my subconscious made up so I would stop ellipticalling, but I just added one more minute so I could finish the last minute super strong. Then I had the loooooongest cool down, very nice. Afterwards I tried the foam roller again. It went better today but I think the only purpose of a foam roller is to make you realize how much of a wimp you are and I'm a wimp. Even though I'm not running it feels so so good to be back.
