Comments:
Ran 4.68 miles before practice at a pretty brisk pace. Then we did a .73 mile warm up with the team and then stretched. After stretching we did an 8.22 mile run to East and back and we also went to the water fountain :) so that was fun. Overall did like 92 minutes and thats what I wanted to do.
