Comments:
It was hot. My quads felt super sore and weak. I ran 4 miles, though, which was more than most people did. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Heart rate was 176, which is my normal tempo heart rate (which is cool, that I have a normal tempo heart rate). First mile was 7:01, then 7:23, then I have no idea. I think the fourth was better, which means the third was a disaster.
