Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was an egg roll today. We went north on Western Ridge trail (across Tilden, then across Beach Drive). Once we crossed Beach Drive, we just stayed next to the creek. We turned left at the horse circle thing, crossing Ridge Rd and got back on Western Ridge. Kept following that north until right before the stables, where we crossed Ridge Rd again and went up to the stables. Turned around at that point, and took the exact same route back, except we took the path next to Ridge Rd instead of the slightly longer Western Ridge trail counterpart. We also tried to follow along the creek more directly after cutting back to the creek path from Western Ridge, but there was nothing, so we had to trek up the huge hill again. Kept going past Pierce Mill on Western Ridge until right before Klingle Rd. Felt pretty awful on the hilly first section, but loosened up when going south. Would have liked to open up a bit on the concrete south of the Mill, but there wasn't much time left in the run anyways. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow.
