Comments:
With the egg rolls down 42nd to Nebraska, past Mass down to BK, and down the trail until MacArthur, where we turned back. Run started out pretty slow, but we started picking up the pace right before Foxhall. We managed to build to a nice, brisk(er) pace on the whole way back. I guess the run was easy enough for a long enough time that the average pace was still pretty relaxed. Surprisingly, the weather wasn't bogging me down. I think it was because I woke up early today, so I was actually hydrating throughout the day. Spent an absurd amount of time trying to make up my mind at spike night, as usual. Luckily, I ended up with new trainers and spikes, both of which I'm exited to break in.
