Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I didn't feel as good as usual on the run today, but it's probably my fault I ate rice pudding right before coming to practice. Lesson learned. Don't eat rice pudding before running no matter how bad you want it. I guess I felt better than I expected to though, which was nice. I'm excited for the spartan race tomorrow.
