Aqua Jog Traffic Jam

Lulu and Isabel initiated an aqua jogging movement that ended up with 8 girls--lulu, isabel, rhianna, abby, grace, thea, ana, and me. There were so many of us that we blocked up the lane going back and forth. W did 5 min warmup, 7 x1 min hard, 3x 30 seconds hard, and then just steady until we got to 35 min or possibl 40 minutes, I can't remember. It was really nice to get a change of scenery and hang out with this nice group!
