3 mile tempo run. Was starting to bonk a little, haven't eaten much the past 12 hours because of my gig, but I got through it. First mile was 6:55, 2nd was 7:00, 3rd was 7:00 so that's about right. Still have a lot of tightness in my hips from last weekend.
