Comments:
If you can get to the track tonight here is the workout within the 7 miles of total running.
Other five miles and the curves should be very easy. 8:30 or slower pace.
8 laps of run the straights and jog the curves.
Straights (every other 100 meters) should be run in 23-24 seconds.
This will be 1600 meters of work at 5K race pace and will help you lock in for this weekend and take a good shot at a sub 20 5K.
