7 x 3 min pickups with 90 sec rest interval (2 @ tempo, 2 @ A3, 3 @ A4). Not too bad - glad we got the first workout out of the way. I was a little conservative and was more towards the middle of the pack, but it felt hard. I would rather start out there and move up as the season goes on.
