Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This was the hardest workout we've done yet. I started to feel really tired and my legs got heavy during the second one. I was able to cruise up the hill, the downhill was where I lost time. I need to work into trusting that I wont fall over if I lean forward. I felt progressively more confident going down the hills as we went on. The 5th and 6th reps were really difficult and I started to feel pretty lightheaded. It was tough getting myself to do the 7th rep, but Liam did it with us so that made it easier. I felt the strongest on the last one as during it I felt like I was going really slowly, but the time had it as one of my fastest reps. Overall I'm happy with how the workout went and I felt like I gave it my all.
