I can't remember the exact times, this is just an estimation for what they were probably around. Looking at my pace though, it doesn't really seem right because most of the time I run faster than that during practice. I was suppose to run the 1000s in 4:20 to 4:15, so I was about a minute off on most of them which might be because of the hills since I spent a lot of time there during the workout. Running downhill was easy, except I almost had a bad fall the second time which made me become more cautious going down the hill after that.
