I didn't want to wake up this morning.

For the uphill part I felt weak. My back hurt (I dont' know why, I was probably slouching or something) and I was tired. By the time we hit 15 minutes I started to drift further and further behind Jessica and Meghan. I didn't feel like keeping up.

We turned around at 20 and I decided to keep up with them and since Jessica always speeds up without realizing it we all ended up going faster and faster until we started to fly down hills and power up them like crazy people and I felt awesome.

We got back at 36 minutes and Jessica and Meghan had us do a 4 minute cool down to get 40.
