Felt really good on the tempo miles. I think I could have good a little quicker, or done a couple more if I needed to. I felt much better than I did on Saturday, which is good. Unfortunately I started to feel some pain behind my left knee. Whenever I started to run it would start hurting pretty badly. It would eventually go away, but would begin again the next mile. It hurt even worse on the cool down, so I finished with hurdles and stretching.
