Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today went so well! I was not looking forward to the miles, but we ended up only having to do 3 which wasn't too bad. I thought I would try for 6:30 miles, but then I hit 6:20, 6:18, and 6:10. 5 min rest in between. I ran with Dana for a bit which helped so much...gotta work on that.
Lifted in the morning. Stretch and abs after the run.
