Comments:
Goal pace to hit was 6:35. I was always right on time at the 400, but I kept on speeding up for the second half. The pace felt really good and I felt comfortable for the whole thing. I think the hardest part of the workout was holding back. My lower ankle is tugging a little and my legs feel pretty sore. I will take an ice bath.
