Was originally going to do this on the track but I couldn't find my watch. Went to Highbanks and it wound up being an awesome workout. 2 miles up from the Bottom, and then 4x(900, 700) with 30 seconds recovery. on a hilly 1 mile loop. The 900/700 is due to it being the only natural stopping point on the loop. Anyways, focused on being fast but relaxed and felt good. 2 miles down. If I had to guess I was running 5:30 down to 5:15 pace. Finished hard. Today was the first time I felt like I enjoyed running in a long time.
