Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
It was super hot and humid on the run. My right leg just isn't feeling right at the moment. My ankle area that was hurting last week is still aching on, and especially after the runs, and now my right quad is bothering me too, I feel like one thing leads to the next. It is the same quad that bothered me during track season which got better after a couple days of rest. Annoyed because I just want to be able to run without anything hurting.
