Comments:
Ran with Liam, Sylvia, and Zoe today. My quad felt so much worse on the run, so I'm icing it now. It feels fine when I am running up hills, but running on flat and especially down hills is really bothering it.... the good news is that I couldn't feel any pain in my ankle area.
