Comments:
6 miles of aerobic fitness (5:47, 5:56, 5:57, 5:53, 5:58, 5:55). Considered stopping at the end of laps 3, 4 and 5. Kind of surprised I did all 6 based on how shitty it felt after 2.
Surface was 100% grass. Grass was long and ground was uneven making for quite a slow surface.
