Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the warm up to see how my legs felt for the workout. They did not feel great. They seem to hurt more after I have run as my legs are aching all over right now. I've never done this much mileage before, so I think my body is just getting fatigued and needs rest. Aiming to do the workout by myself tomorrow, but if I am feeling any pain I wont.
