Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had to get to 21 for the week and did so, with an extra 10th of a mile on Auburn after I realized I was a tad short. Good relaxed effort, got better as I went. Just a 9:49 average though. Looking to land on the balls of my feet, don't always do it and find myself struggling with leg strength.
