Comments:
It was really hard to run on monday and tuesday with my leg. I went to the trainers before practice and they used some weird tool to rub my leg out and it has significantly improved. Ive also been heating and icing every day and foam rolling. The first 2 1000's were very hard and my leg was very stiff, the next 4 were better but going up and down the hill scared me and made my leg hurt. was supposed to hit a 4:20
