Need to better control my problems. Running has been helping so much recently. I'm feeling fast. Maybe PSB this weekend is a good idea. CoachL told me to stop by and talk sometime so I think I'll do that this week and see what she has to say.
Average 5-6 miler with joe today. We pushed the pace nicely. Probably sub 7 average. Should also start swimming again this week.
