Cross Training

Haven't run the past few days because my leg has been really bothering me. Walking around was super uncomfortable so I tried to stay off my legs as much as possible. I had hoped that after a few days of rest I would be fine and back to running again but my leg is still bothering me. Today it was so much better than it was yesterday as it wasn't very painful walking around. I could still feel it tugging though. Talked to Kim today and she is confused as to whats wrong as she says it doesn't sound like a muscular strain. She says there's a small chance that I could have a stress fracture in my femur but I don't want to listen to that. Mind over matter. Hopefully with a few more days rest, the pain will be gone and I will be running again. I hate cross training, its so boring.
