Comments:
We met at the field house for some yoga led by Bijan and Michelle then went to the pool for a 150m warmup, 6x75m hard freestyle with 25m recovery and did sets of kicking while hanging onto the wall according to Coach Lehman's whistle. We transitioned to aqua-running and I was not paying close enough attention to any pattern or number, but know that we did 60-second pieces at mile effort and 90 second pieces at 3k effort several times. In case my vague descriptions have not elucidated this, I sort of muddled through the whole workout. Despite much progress today with my symptoms, I am not fully over the hill and feel rather useless because I didn't run.
