Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My pace was too fast in the beginning (around 1:45-1:49) but eventually I was able to get to where I was supposed to be. For the rest of the time I was consistantly around 1:51 and i was able to push myself the last lap and finish with a 1:43! :) Felt a little sick afterwards but all in all it was a good day for me.
Didn't get much of a cool down in because i went straight back so i could ice.
