Comments:
If legs feel good coming off Wednesday workout run miles 10, 11, and 12 at 7:20pace. Everything else should be no faster than 8 minute pace.
(I was running at Umstead on the carriage trail from Lake Crabteer + Turkey Creek loop. The Turkey Creek hills coincided with Miles 8,9, and 10, so I saved the tempo for 11/12/13 and did the best I could after getting a little tired from the rolling terrain.)
