Long Run in Umstead Park

Comments:
1:50:00 in Umstead Park, ran first 1:06 with Melanie, decent pace (7:40ish) very hilly, probably hilliest run i've done in a year or two. Went off on my own and picked up the pace to 7:10-7:15 for a few miles, started feeling dehydrated and sugar depleted. Ran with fuel belt however it was not enough and I should have eaten a bigger breakfast. 15 miles total.
