Comments:
Didn't feel the best going into this run. During the warm up, i was feeling a lot of pressure in my calves and it continued through the workout. I felt like i needed to poke something into my leg just to release the pressure. Also, starting monday, I was feeling a tingling sensation in my foot along with it going numb. My legs just felt like lead and i couldn't get them to move. I was very frustrated because I couldn't hit my paces. My first one was close to where i needed to be but after that i wasn't even close. I wasn't even able to complete a cool down because of the pain in my legs so I went straight down to the trainers
