Comments:
15x 400. 1:09, 1:13, 1:08, 1:11, 1:07, 1:09, 1:07, 1:07, 1:05, 1:09, 1:06, 1:09, 1:07, 1:07, 1:06. 2.5 mile cool down. Felt good tonight. Legs were tired but I was able to push through. Design of workout was to keep running until my splits fell off. Pulled the plug a little early. Didn't want to mess up the half marathon training. Went out hard and was supposed to hang on as long as possible. Good workout, I feel a little more confident.
