Did cross training today so i could keep up with my cardio. Legs haven't really been feeling the best throughout the day. Constant feeling of pins and needles in my lower legs. Went down with melissa and i iced and she massaged out my calves. I plan to go see Dr. Gianotti next week in coudersport.
