Legs felt horrible when i woke up this morning. Couldn't feel my toes and i had a hard time sleeping because of the tingling feeling in my legs. Started to bike today and got to mile five and i couldn't feel my legs at all. Iced afterwards and my legs felt okay after. Still having the feeling of pins and needles in my legs.
