Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Still warm, but breezy
Comments:
Austin, Walker, Zeke and I ran Stone hill at 2:30 after I watched Manchester City vs. West Ham United (2-1 West Ham!). Walker led me on some kind of extension and got us back to campus in a reasonable amount of time. Not until almost a half hour into the run did my tired legs start to feel normal. And Walker being Walker, we picked up the pace during the last section, despite a significant number of tiring hills in the first. Anyway, I'm feeling happy and accomplished after two, solid weeks of training.
Strength: Crunch progession (30 seconds), 2x15 pushups, 20 supermen, 2 minutes of "Barbarians"--plank for 25 seconds, pushup for 5.
