Comments:
First like actual run in forever. It feels so good to be out again. Ran with my dad since the girls were doing 10 and I'm gonna have to rework up to that. Pace was pretty slow but I needed that. My leg didn't feel normal at all but it wasn't painful either. I think whatever is wrong is going to stick around for a while so I'll just have to get used to it. As long as I'm not in pain then I'm just gonna keep on going. Used the ultrasound machine on the problem areas, hopefully that will help. I'm so excited to race after watching everyone this weekend. Finally got spikes today.
