Got in Lasell Gym at 4:00 with Zeke and Noah who led us through everything, caring upperclassman that he is.

Thrice:
8 back extensions
7 military press with 20-pound dumbbells
8 tricep overhead press with 15-pound weight
7 squats with bar
8 step ups on box (not driving the opposite knee) with two five-pound weights

Once:
Pull-ups: 6, 3, 3
8 hamstring curls per side
8 tibialis machine
8 calf raises on both feet, rocking back on one heel per side
