Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Lifting with Coach Fiske--leg press, leg curls, DB squats, DB lunges, heel raises
* Before lifting, as a warmup, I did two laps around the Reilly gym (hallways). My knee was noticeable--not painful, but I didn't want to continue running on it (if that makes sense... it's difficult to explain) so I stopped after the second lap. I will continue to work on strengthening my quad!
