Comments:
4 x 1000meters on Thursday with descending recovery.
After the 1st, 600m jog,
After 2nd 300m jog,
After 3rd 200m jog
Goal for each repeat is 4:15. Keep the pace consistent, it will get more difficult as the recovery decreases.
1K repeats = 4:07, 4:08, 4:05, 3:54
Can't seem to add them in after one was deleted.
