Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Biked half, ran half today. Leg is feeling kinda weird after running today but it should be fine tomorrow. Tomorrow I am tempoing the whole race. I aim to be at 6:40 pace. I hope it wont feel too difficult given my lack of running the past week but we will see. My plan is to stick with Sylvia for the first lap and maintain that pace by myself for the second lap when she goes off and races. Its going to be challenging not letting other racers influence my pace but I have to remember I'll be able to race them later in the season.
