Comments:
Cough syrup doing so much work for me these past couple nights.
Sweet tempo run today despite my cold. Our half miles weren't super consistent but the miles were so that's good. Splits were around 6:03, 6:03, 5:55, 5:55. Felt super good. Heart rate right after finish was 168. $$$$$$
People didn't kick at the end this time which I think is an improvement.
Let's see, strange ankle soreness I've never really felt before. Gotta keep an eye on that.
6x bounds and striders after the cool down were strange. Not very explosive. Can feel the speed getting back in my legs. Feels good man.
