Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran to the park with everyone, did drills and then headed back to school to do the workout on the bike over fears about shin pain. I know it's not my fault but I still feel guilty about biking while everyone else suffers through repeat 400s. I tried to go hard, and while I was breathing heavy and my legs were tired at the ends of intervals, it doesn't leave you exhausted the way a track workout does.
