Comments:
Ran quick from the start and ran a 7:16! Beat old record by 16 seconds or so. Great improvement, not even working on speed per se, so it's good to see that the core running is paying dividends. I really believe that I can get down to a 6:05 at some point. Got fatigued about 6/10 of the way through, was running sub 7 up until that point. In two months I have improved my mile by 49 seconds.
